Frequently Asked Questions


Are freight charges included in the price?
We ship free when spending $1000 or more of any combination of products. Your total will reflect your free shipping or any other discounted rate for shipping at time of check out.

Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the world. If you are shipping to a destination outside the USA, please place your order by phone or contact us VIA e-mail.

When will I get my order?
For all stock items your shipment will be sent out next day for all orders placed before 4 pm Pacific Time.

What if I need my order tomorrow?
Expedited service is available on most items. Please contact us to expedite an existing order or for a new orders.

Is tax included in the price?
If you reside within California you will be charged tax additionally depending on your current tax rate. All other orders will not be charged tax by us.

What if the product I received is not what I ordered?
Our customer service team will expedite out your correct shipment and set up the return of the items you would like to exchange at no cost to you.

What if I only need a small quantity?
Minimal quantities are allowed and shown on our website for each item.

What if a color or size I want is not listed?
We are always adding to our inventory so please contact us and we will let you know if that product is available. We also offer in house customizing and special orders, please contact us for details.

What if I don't see the product I am looking for on your website?
We are constantly expanding our product line. If you don't see what you want, chances are we can get it! Contact us for more information.

Will you customize my product?
We offer a variety of options when it comes to marking or embellishing your product including property marking, color coding, continuous imprinting, screen printing, special sizing or product enhancement. Please contact us and we can discuss the best option for you.

I have a large order to place, can I order a container?
American Textile Systems is not only a US finisher but we are direct importers too! We can customize a container of product and make to your specifications.

I have an account with American Textile Systems, can I be billed later for my purchases on your website?
Absolutely! Please contact us to set up "preferred billing" so you can start purchasing right away and receive NET 30 billing.

I have a contract with American Textile Systems but the price is not the same as your website, how do I order?
We do not offer contracts online yet. Please contact your sales representative directed VIA e-mail, fax or phone to purchase from an existing contract.

Are your products eco-friendly?
American Textile Systems is aware of the concerns for protecting our environment and want to do I part to help out. We are adding more products all the time to meet the growing interest of "green" products. We currently offer a few products made from recycled material, our packaging is all recycled and we us no PVC in any of our plastic packaging. We also encourage a no idle policy for our trucks. Look for special notes next to the product you are interested in to see if it is a "green" product. If you are interested in seeing a specific product which is more environmentally friendly please let us know so we can consider it in the near future.
